TXT E Solutions Inc. ("TXT"), will only collect data to operate the ELD Application effectively. Some information is provided directly, such as the truck make, model, information regarding the loads, etc. Whereas, some information if received indirectly by recording the interaction between the User and the Application, for example, using technologies like receiving error reports or usage data from software running on your device. However, we do not obtain data from third parties.
You have a choice with the data we collect. You may decline to provide personal data. However, you may, after that not be able to use the product or feature.
We collect name and content data to create the ELOG reports and other reports as required under the Application. The information is not used for any other purpose.
We collect data about your device data usage to ensure data limits are not exceeded.
Other than the purposes for which the Application is designed for, the data we collect will not be shared with any other entity.
You can view or edit the data that you provide on the Elogs by clicking on the Edit button on the active E log page. We will not use your data to send you promotional materials unless we take consent. All SMS messages sent to the Application directly (this feature is pending development), will be for the functional use and dispatch messages.
TXT E Solutions Application is intended for use by Companies and is administered by the End-user of the organization. The Application may be subject to the End User organization's policies.
With a TXT E Solutions account, you can log in to the TXT E Solutions Application. The Application allows for, storing, and retrieving of the data. When a customer engages with a TXT E Solution sales or technical representative, we collect the customer's name and contact data, along with information about the customer's organization. Including but not limited to: Device and Usage data or error reports to diagnose and resolve problems.
